Vounetz to Charmey

Charmey is an ideal place for hikes. The Vatia trail is particularly recommended for less experienced hikers and families with young children. You first take the cable car from the village of Charmey to the top of the Vounetz mountain, then follow the trail signs down the mountain back to the Charmey. If you're lucky, you might come across some chamois.
